Return & Refund Policy
30-day returns
Contact us within 30 days of receiving your item to request a return. For a change-of-mind return, the dress must be unused, unwashed, unaltered and in its original condition, original packaging and with any original tags attached. Reasonable fitting is allowed; wearing the item for use is not.
How to request a return

Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us with your order number and details of the issue. We will review it and arrange an appropriate resolution. Ordinary change-of-mind condition requirements do not exclude claims involving these issues.
Return shipping and fees
We cover return shipping when the return results from our error, damage or a defect. Customers cover return shipping for a change of mind. There is no restocking fee.
Refunds
Once a refund is approved, funds will be returned automatically to the original payment method within 10 calendar days. Contact us if you need assistance with a return or refund.
